Terri assures that your Personal Coaching Plus program is customized to suit your event schedule, goals and busy life.

  • Have you ever injured yourself or held yourself back because of ill-managed training routines?

In addition to your training schedules, Terri also offers one-on-one and small group Personal Coaching Sessions.

Personal Coaching Plus Program Process:
Your Personal Coaching Plus Program starts with a One-to-one Assessment. This meeting-in person or over the phone-allows Terri to:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of your athletic goals
  • Evaluate your past and current level of fitness and training
  • Discuss "real-life" priorities affecting training time
  • Answer training or other questions.

There is a one-time fee for your assessment meeting.

From the information gathered at your Assessment meeting, Terri customizes the weekly training schedules of your Personal Coaching Plus Training Program to fit your needs. She sends your training program to you bi-monthly via email. Each week Terri uses your feedback to hone the next set of schedules to fit and build on your actual training progress. As your personal coach, you have unlimited access to Terri via email or phone.
Personal Coaching Plus Program includes access to:

  • A 'Members Only Section' with Articles and Information on Training and Racing, Strength Training, Nutrition, Mental Training, Heart Rate Training, Gear and much more
  • Athlete Discounts
  • Membership to Terri’s Endurance Online Training Facebook Group

Pricing for Personal Coaching Plus Training Program varies depending on how much time you sign up for: 1, 3, 6, or 12 month blocks (visa/mastercard accepted). You may freeze your balance at any time due to injury, prolonged illness, or extended vacation time-to be used at a later date.
