Personal Coaching Plus Program
As a top endurance athlete and coach in several sports for over 35 years, Terri understands that a successful training regimen must be done with consistency and the right amount of intensity at the appropriate time. As an athlete most likely juggling a full-time job, family commitments, and personal sanity, the task of planning your own training program can be overwhelming and, at times, distract you from your actual training. For effective results enlist one of the most experienced coaches and athletes in endurance sports, Terri Schneider.
Your Personal Coaching Plus Training Program is customized to address your needs and will incorporate the following key components:
- Detailed, weekly training schedules that will take the guesswork out of executing an effective training program while taking your personal goals, race goals, and life schedule into account.
- Your schedules are created uniquely for you, given your fitness background, goals, and aspirations and will include detailed daily workouts. Your training is periodized for optimal training effect.
- You will work as a team with your coach with ongoing dialog via email or phone to move to the next level in your training and racing.
- Pre and post race communications to discuss goals, strategy and nutrition.
- Equipment assessment with suggestions and recommendations.
- Coach’s assessment of your weekly training feedback with adjustments made to your Training Schedules as needed.
- Access to the Endurance Online Training’s Private Facebook Group designed to allow Terri’s Personal and Online clients a means to interact with each other.
- Access to Athlete Discounts for top of the line training and racing products.
- Access to a ‘Members Only Section’ with Articles and Information on all aspects of training and racing.
Additional Services to complete your training process:
- One-on-one or small group Coaching Sessions are also available as an additional asset to your Training process. Click here for more information on Personal Coaching Sessions.
- A One-to-One Assessment meeting is required before embarking on a weekly training schedule program. This meeting is done either in-person or by phone to address; your athletic goals, current level of fitness and training program, race schedule, and both short and long term goals, "real-life" priorities affecting training time. You’ll discuss various relevant training theories and methods, address any questions or concerns you might have at this time and Terri will further explain the Personal Coaching Plus Program Process.
- Terri provides athletes and teams with information and skills critical to optimizing your preparation time for your chosen sport through her Sport Psychology Consulting sessions.
